1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MyAutoShopPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of MyAutoShopPro, a sole proprietorship in the United States.

2. Description of Service

MyAutoShopPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for auto repair shop owners and their staff to manage work orders, appointments, invoices, customers, vehicles, and related business operations.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Subscription and Payment

• MyAutoShopPro offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice to your registered email address.
• All fees are in U.S. dollars.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion.

8. Free Trials

If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding content you upload) are owned by MyAutoShopPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

10. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (customer records, invoices, work orders, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAutoShopPro and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
